Janelle, the practice manager, is very helpful and experienced. Janelle attends to your concerns promptly and professionally and directs it to proper channels. In our practice we believe in a team approach both during your antenatal period and during your labour. Our midwives are involved in the patients’ antenatal care including education and discussion of various labour related issues.
Tips from Janelle
It is best to book in early to see your obstetrician. We encourage you to call as soon as you know you’re pregnant to guarantee your booking.
When?
You should make your first appointment for between 8 and 10 weeks gestation.
Feel free to bring along your partner / husband or any close friend or relative likely to play a supporting role during your pregnancy.
Leisha Trevillien
Leisha is a practicing peri-operative midwife at the Mater Mothers Hospital and an antenatal educator with 30 years experience.
Leisha joined the practice in 2010 to further endorse the holistic approach that
Dr Alexander believe should be offered to all pregnant women.
Leisha sees our patients on multiple occasion through out to discuss various issues related to their pregnancies. she also runs antenal classes.
