Current Activities:

  • Private Practice in general obstetrics and gynaecology. Management of “high risk” pregnancies, and extensive experience in Vacuum extraction.
  • Fertility services and assisted reproductive techniques.
  • Special interest in laparoscopic surgery and surgical management of endometriosis, Fibroids and uterine dysfunctions.
  • Urogynaecology procedures like Burch colposuspension and tension free vaginal tape; Pelvic floor repairs including sacro-spinous colpopexy and sacral colpopexy;
  • Abnormal papsmears and colposcopy
  • Undertaking duties in gynaecology audit as set by the RANZCOG, and quality assurance through the peri-natal mortality meetings and recommendations
  • Teaching and supervising training registrars; clinical lecturer at University of Queensland.
